ENTRY FEES AND PAYMENT

Entry fees for SEEOC & SEEMOC classes will be according to SEEOA rules; SEEOC: Start fee for SEEOC participants is 40 € for all the 4 races. SEEMOC: Start fee for SEEMOC participants is 50 € for all the 4 races or 13 € per single race.

SEEMOC competitors who will not run MIX relay in Saturday but paid their entry fee will be automatically added in the start list of their respective class for Begun cup Stage 3 (Middle distance) for free.

Important: Only Bulgarian competitors can choose to submit their registrations through the Bulgarian Orienteering Federation’s system. Foreign participants should register via the main platform www.orienteeringonline.net but may use the Bulgarian Orienteering Federation’s system solely to follow and verify the list of registered athletes:

Registration will close on August 23rd, additional entries will not be accepted after the deadline.

Final Entries for SEEOC Final entries for each individual stage of SEEOC, including start blocks (not valid for M-W Elite), must be submitted according to the SEEOC programme via entry form which will be published later.

Relay Team Entries

Relay team entries must be submitted in advance, with an extended deadline of August 25th. Registration for relays will be done by completing the designated entry form – click here
• For SEEOC, it is the responsibility of the national team leader to submit the number of teams for each age group in Women/Men 16, 18, 20, and 21 categories.
• For SEEMOC, one of the participants in each relay team is responsible for registering the team in the respective age group: Mix 35+, Mix 45+, Mix 55+, Mix 65+.
The registration for these relays can also be submitted for multiple teams/classes by a representative of the respective country or federation.
We kindly ask national federations to distribute this information to their clubs and potential participants.
The entry deadline for relay teams for SEEOC and SEEMOC, including names for each leg, is September 5, 2025, at 17:00 and will be submitted via a separate entry form, which will be made available on the website later.

For SEEOC, it is the responsibility of the national team leader to submit the names of teams for each leg and age group in Women/Men 16, 18, 20, and 21 categories.

For SEEMOC, one of the participants in each relay team is responsible to submit the names of teams for each leg and class in Mix 35+, Mix45+, Mix55+, Mix65+.
Changes to relay teams after the competition entry deadline may only be made for valid reasons (e.g., accident or illness) and must be communicated to the organizer at least two hours before the start of the 1st leg in the respective class.
